An Expert

  Elly struggled with emotional regulation, following a bedtime routine, and being consistently truthful before we met Terri. Terri taught us to step back, cool down and breathe before trying to solve problems. She helped us adapt our expectations and routines to support positive behavior. Now, we enjoy calm,  honest, respectful communication and meaningful bedtime interactions. Thank you, Terri, for all of your time and support.

  Before meeting Terri, it was difficult to understand my son’s abilities, to communicate effectively with him and to be his champion. Terri helped me find the tools I needed to be an effective parent and helped my son find the tools he needed to succeed socially. Now, I enjoy quality time with my witty, intelligent son. I love watching him become an independent young man who is flourishing socially. 

  Dealing with anger and anxiety and navigating social difficulties at school were really tough before Terri. She helped Josiah  better understand emotions and learn coping skills, like meditation. Terri’s support helped Josiah to graduate from high school and have the social skills needed to work independently and get along in a supported living community.  In just a few months of working with Terri, I have experienced exponential internal growth, feel physically and emotionally lighter, and feel good in my own skin. Terri’s unique insight and immaculate attention to the not so obvious, lends to her overall spirit and excellence as a life coach. Since working with Terri, I'm more open to people, I'm making special connections, and I feel a ferver I didnt know I possessed. She is indeed exceptional.
