We think and make choices all day long. We believe, feel emotions and make more choices. Many of our thoughts arise out of habit, not at a conscious level. But they still create emotions, inform our choices and result in the outcomes we experience. If you’re experiencing difficult outcomes – depression, anxiety, anger, broken relationships – it’s because of these unnoticed beliefs and feelings and the suffering they produce. Mindfulness, self-evaluation and investigation help us to choose our beliefs, rather than be run by them out of habit. You are 100% in charge of your life.
